I am almost through Week 4 of Vegging and the ladies seems to be doing very well. I topped 4 out of 5 of them about a week ago. I flushed out the rez yesterday, I washed it out real good, wiped it down, and added a fresh gallon,10 drops of Ph Down and 1 Nute Tab (Tomato AG Nutes). I am using 8 100w Equiv. CFL's + AG Hood. I wish I had more to report but I don't. Oh and the roots seem to be doing good as well, I took a good look at them and checked out all the sponges... all looking very healthy, no algae or slimy stuff.... a few of the fan leaves have gotten burned here and there, but very minimal. This happened because I had the CFL's too close and the fan leaves wedged into them...lol. No harm though.. Ok I'm done... enjoy the pix.. I took a bunch. The last 4 pix are of the topping.
