ppm - parts per million , shows how much of your soil is fertilizer , the NPK is just what % nitrogen phosphorous and potassium is in the fertilizerI nothing on ppms?Going to read up on that.
if your PPM is to high then your plant will take in to much and will result in burn and most probably a lock out from salt build up from all the unused fertilizer .
again not the best guy to be telling you this cuz i used lime to balance mine since am organic my ppm and PH are pretty manageable. i don't even have the meters , well i have the ph but not ppm but haven't used the ph meter in forever
