So...
I planted an auto-flower Blueberry from G13 Labs. It was a freebie from Attitude and seeing as how normally I am totally against auto-flowers, I decided to open my mind, plant the bitch and see what comes from it.
Let me start by saying this: I am truly surprised an impressed by this auto-flower. Auto Blueberry from G13 Labs must have some seriously dank lineage... I'm saying, to make an auto-flower you purposely breed in a low THC species known as "ruderalis". Even with the ruderalis bred into this blueberry, I am still getting some super frosty sugar leaves and dank nuggs.
As I said before... Usually I am completely against auto-flowers. I couldn't see their value and never understood why anyone would want to grow out an auto-flower instead of a "real" plant. Depending on how the Blueberry finishes, I might change my tune.
I'm gonna stick with my photo-period plants, unless I get another auto as a freebie... But, my mind has been opened slightly. Has anyone else had a similar experience with autos? Has anyone had an opposite experience with autos? I'd like to hear some good and bad experiences with auto-flowers.
