I can't really tell by the pics, but the coloring on the leaves looks odd, looks like a nutrient issue or ph.
My buds looked about like that a little after a week into flowering, somethings up, rethink everything you have done and start fresh, if it stays stunned too long it will not produce.
If you have any flora left, try it for a week and look for results, I would do the 6 micro and 16 bloom a gallon in ph'd water, no grow, been working great for mine. leave out all extras and maybe add some hydrogen peroxide 3% to the mix at about 1 cup per gallon to kill off any bad bacteria etc. I use it all the time in mine and they seem to like it and does a great job
The one I am growing, started from bag seed too, was good, I think it is a mix of blueberry and g13, has that spicey berry smell, right now the buds smell like grape bubblegum. My biggest issue I have found is roots, I haven't had too much of a issue with my big plant, but all the others I have. So far every one of mine that slowed growing started to show brown roots, the peroxide has been what saved mine from death. I use cannazyme in my water, but even with it, I have had to add peroxide early then add the cannazyme. After a few days on mine, even when the roots look good the peroxide makes the roots take off, I use it to clean my resevoir too. At $1 for a 32 oz bottle it is worth it.
