My buds are not that big

the buds on my plants are not that big dose that have to do with the amount of direct sun they get a day i think they 5-6 hours of direct sun a day i mean all the plants are in the ground they are 6 and a half feet tall they where started form seed but the buds dont look like those giant coals i see every one else has why is this
 
yes this is directly contributed to sunlight... with small bud at six feet sounds like your plant is stretching ...my garden gets sun 100 percent of the day and I have always been happy with the results
 
Food and sun would be my guess, but then again i really know nothing and the more I learn the more I realize I know nothing!!
 
How far into flowering are they? If they are 4 weeks or under of flowering, than your buds will still double or even triple in size.
 
Prune back as much of your shade as you can without the proper amount of sun your plant will produce very little sucrose thus starving you plant of what it needs .....and adequate ec levels besides that i guess cross your fingers and hope for the best
 
shit if you can put a light out there when the shade hits that would help ...I do it in the green house every day

Could also be the strain..I have three plants...Two bubble Gum with super thick buds and the plants are about 40-48 inches tall..The other is a hybrid very bushy with tons of long slender colas..and the plants is over 5 feet tall...They all get the same amount of sunlight which right now is full on sun from about 9 AM till about 5 PM...in July it was more like 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
 
feed them some pk 13-14 asap. may be too late but it's not a ton of money and it will help if it's early enough
