I transplanted the jiffy pots into soil after they showed roots and half of them turned yellow. I watered them with some vitamin b1 for their first time in soil. the yellow ones dont seem to be growing like the green ones.

check the soil PH first to be sure it isn't lockout, if the PH is off it can't absorb the N and adding it won't help.
Losing color means your plant isn't producing chlorophyll correctly, so start with the part thats effected. Is the entire plant yellow, or just the top leaves?
if its just leaves, its probably light saturation and they need more dark time or the light moved away.
If its the whole plant I bet its neut lockout from the PH, and barring that it was probably over feeding causing the lockout. Was the soil PH tested before the transplant and did you flush the soil with clean water before the transplant?

I had 3 G13 clones that were all yellow and I thought for sure they were goners. They came back strong after I planted them in the soil mix I'm using.

all my clones do this if i dont start feeding soon enough. not much to worry about its just the plant using up reserved nutrients. start feeding at 1/4 to half strength and then get them going on a good healthy feeding schedule.
