My digital 315w ballast for CMH suddenly wont ignite??

So usually when I plug it in, theres a constant green light on it and a buzzing noise while the lamp is ignited... When I checked my tent this morning there was no light and the ballast green light is blinking? When I unplug and plug back in sometimes the green light will stay constant a few seconds while I hear a single clicking noise, but no buzzing noise and the lamp isnt ignited? Its only 1 month old ballast and bulb that has been working perfectly since today...

Also, where I live I wont be able to get new lights before maybe a week unless I'm lucky and someone I know has something.. I have 2 autos going into flower now, what do I do? Put them outside the tent in front of a window or something? Will that help?

Plug it in and turn it on. Let the green light blink and do its thing for like 10 mins. If it doesn't fire up after that you might have a problem.

My cmh had like a quick cycle protection. So after I turned it on, it needed like 5-10 mins to actually fire up

Hugo's got a better time-line, looked up my manual and it said the start up sequence can take up to 26 minutes

Edit: my bad, read that wrong but the information still applies and letting it sit unplugged for 20 mins before trying again couldn't hurt.

Info on the flashing green light and what the flashes mean.

ERROR CODES - If the ballast encounters any abnormal conditions the built-in
self-diagnostic feature will display easily identifiable error codes. Error codes can be
identified by the number of flashes made by the green LED marked “turbo”.
1 Flash = Ballast Protection: This code means that the ballast has gone into a
locked mode to protect itself. This may be followed by another code to help
troubleshoot the cause.
2 Flash = Bad Lamp/Short Circuit: This code means that the ballast has a bad
connection somewhere between the ballast and lamp. Reasons can include
a bad lamp, loose lamp, loose lamp cord, a short in the cord or reflector, or a
short in the ballast receptacle.
3 Flash = Low Voltage: This code means the power coming from the outlet to your
ballast is not sufficient to power the unit.
4 Flash = Over Temperature: This code means the ballast has shut itself off due to
overheating (>140° F).
5 Flash = Over Voltage: This code means the power from the outlet to your ballast
has exceeded the maximum allowed voltage.
6 Flash = Lamp Fault: Incorrect/non compatible lamp will not work with ballast.

2 flashes.. I tried double checking that the bulb was securely in place.. also I got this light at a hardware store, its 100w 4000k with 7500 lumen, it will allow them to survive while I get this fixed right?

So if its short circuit either lamp or ballast how to fix? I had it unplugged a good while, tried to plug back in, same thing, also tried different outlets and everything.. Lamp looks fine btw.

Is there a Grow Shop near by? They can at least test the bulb.

No I live in Norway, nearest grow shop is the neighbour country where I ordered my stuff.. Hopefully they will survive with the light I got at a hardware store until I hear from the shop.. Typical this had to happen right before a weekend.
