my drying set up...what do you think?

so im attempting my 3rd drying harvest, my first 2 didnt come out up to par, So hopefully this time I get everything done right, so heres my set up:

I enclosed a small area of about 5x5 in my basement room by placing shower rods and a dark sheet, theres about a foot of space from the rod to the ceiling for ventilation, inside the area I have a small fan on blowing on low, and my dehumidifier set at 45% RH, also 3 rows of strings for my buds to hang........outside that area I'll have my window kept open to keep tempature to around 60-65 degrees F in the room (the actual room is 12x12)......so durring the dry period i plan on keeping my temp between 60-65 F, and my RH between 45-50 %...and obviosuly the room will be very dark, does this set up and #'s seem right to have a successful dry? any advice, thanks

I take that back.... my temps are around that in the winter and i don't have any problems.

As long as your basement isn't full of contaminents that could easily spread (molds mainly but also mildew yada yada) then it SOUNDS like a very optimal setup for a slow dried connosieur smoke. Not the slow dried, if you have healthy nuggs and not just popcorn buds you will have to vary between curing and drying often especially at those lower temps. But like I said if you are patient and attentive you can slow dry it perfectly for an amazing smoke. (and don't forget to be patient when curing too for best flavour)
