my extraction attempt.

well i wanted to do it out side to be safe but the temp was below freezing so the butane didn't evaporate till i put in warm water. couldn't keep the temp up enuff on it for it to stay oily after whipping so now left with a solid piece that is a big blob. i know there is still alot of butane in it, my question is what is a good way to remove it with out needing to buy 100$+ equipment.
like disolve it in everclear then resolidify it.

I would redissolve it in 99.9% iso in a mason jar. Freeze the mixture for 36 hours strain thru a coffee filter and then evap.

everclear then filter it again then let it evaporate off

I'd try the alcohol dissolve, then let it evap in the biggest Pyrex you got.

I once placed a Pyrex under the exhaust out of a 1000 watt cool hood, got shatter in 2.5 days.

is there a around about temp to have it @ or will it dissolve @ room temp in everclear/ISO?

i live in the cold also and just blew off a batch of ogk trim tonight. I usually like mine slowly purged in the colder weather vs when i do it in the summer in warmer temps but this could just be personal preference as im not one who cares enough to separate paraffin and waxes from my concentrate.

This is what I got. A bit sad but think low yield due to extreme cold so tame went thru too fast. Sounds logical after reading about thermos extraction

extract your butane right into everlcear, keeping the everclear really cold, so butane doesn't boil off.......when done put mason jar of everclear with butane solution on a hotplate and bring temp up to 100 and boil off the butane, with slight agitation....when finished and it has stopped bubbling, put jar with lid into freezer for couple hours to winterize....take out and you will notice a cloudy mixture.....pour this threw a brown coffee filter on to a pyrex baking dish....then evap off at 130......stirring and freezing if you want budder.......make to suit your taste from here.....

We'll Pa. Sells everclear but after along drive found it is only 151, 190 req a permit wtf screw it tried 91%ISO here the end of a test.
