your soil looks soaked, I agree with above, over watered , leaves are classic for it,

this thing works perfect for me, takes all the guess work out of watering
what i do is wait until it reads in the red zone, for my plants its every 3 to 4 days

Do your containers have adequate drain holes and are they clear? What soil/medium are you using?

i dont see any perolite in the soil,, also are you using the windows for light?,, or what light source do you have?

There is very little perlite. I used a window for light for a while, now i am using florescents...
