Let me start by saying, I wish you nothing but good fortune on your first grow. Then let me say...lol...man ur gona need more lights, what you have is fine for seedling as they don't require much light, but as they grow they will. Looks like you have 2-26w CFLs & 2-14w CFLs...they look the right color (6500k & 2700k) I use nothing but 6500k for seedlings and clones and as they veg (2-3 weeks) then I add some 2700 for full spectrum...good luckStill awaiting seeds from Attitude, but here is a some pics of my 1 plant box. 4" duct fan intake, Dual spectrum CFL, i think a total of around 200w. I'm thinking i want to LST to maximize the space i have. Advice is welcome!

Ya I agree, though it looks like you have a Y spliter on each, in that case get 4..lol..and double up those lights..here take a look at how close mine are..I have two double T5 HO 4ft hoods on top and CFLs hanging on the sides...(my first baby has wicked nute burn but gettin better)Looks good, only thing I would do is loose those reflectors and put those Y outlets on them so I could run 2 bulbs per a cord and get those cfl's all around the plants not just on top also close like 2 or 3 inches away.
I believe all 4 bulbs in the pics are equivilant to 150 each. 44w actual or near there. You don't want to count equivilent wattage go by actual, the equivilent is for what it looks like compared to an incandecent...my 6500k (blue spectrum) are 26 actual watts (100w equivilent), my 2700k (Red/Orange spectrum) are 14watts (60w equivilent) It's ok man it took me awhile too, this is my first grow also....they do make actual 90w & 125w CFLs, but they're like 60 to 90 bucks, unless you can find them cheapI believe all 4 bulbs in the pics are equivilant to 150 each. 44w actual or near there. Hoping to have these veg in here untill i need to switch them over into a tent and hps. Just need the money for equip. before i switch to 12/12
I'm a noob too, but someone correct me if I'm wrong. I heard CFLs give of more light (lumens) from the side of the bulb, and it's better to get a reflector for the side or hang them bare, cuz the coils run down the side is my thinkin'...Do not lose the reflectors!!! Keep them trust me. Just add more! You will lose a lot of penetration if you ditch the reflectors.
Ya, those do look bigger than mine on the base upon a second lookI believe all 4 bulbs in the pics are equivilant to 150 each. 44w actual or near there. (can't remember the package specific)

This is not true bro. The best cfls put put out 64 lumens per watt. Where t5s and metal halide are 85-95 lumens per watt. You get more bank for your buck with t5s and metal halides. Also cfls lose luminosity after about a month of use. They work for growing but are far from the best.I'm a noob too, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.
