What do you guys think?
when would you chop?
thanks
i will def try it. for the head high, how much longer would you think? If you want to do it now, I would turn out the lights on them for the last couple of days. Did it my last two grows and the buds seem to be bigger and more mature. Might just be timing but why not. Squeeze out the last drop of THC!
thanks. started middle of december, with flouroecent shop lights for about a month. then switched to 12/12 about after a month of veg with warm flouresecent shop lights. after a couple weeks of that and it growing slowly, we got 8 cfls on her, and then about a month ago added 4 more in the vicinity. So I'd say roughly 130 days old. but thats a lot longer than it should be I feel because growth was so slow at the earlier stages. hope that helpsnice ladie u got how old is she today and how long did u veg?
yes, we are watering without nutes right now. it was from bagseed, and someone else said that it looked to be sativa dominant. problem is, my friend and i are going to be parting ways in about 1 month exactly, and we were hoping to enjoy this by then. all year we were smoking some pressed couch lock mids, so we were hoping for a more head high with this. this fits together to harvest earlier than later, especially since well be gone. i want to leave ample time to dry and cure, since that can make such a big differenceCan't really see well enough to tell for sure. OK, here's my opinion! If you can't look at the trichs then I'd wait till over 60-70% of the hairs have turned some sort of color and then lights out. That's how it looked (about 70%) when the trichs were right on my bag seed but they vary a little. Those are bag seed right? They are definitly indica dominant. So the buzz will be strong. Those buds will get bigger over the next week or so. And more frosty too. I can't overemphasize the need for a proper cure of the buds you will get to get the kind of buzz yout want. You can take samples of each week and mark the difference. Mine start out good but end up great. If I'd study up if I were you. Are you watering without nutes now? They look yummy and will only get better.
End of the semester? You should have plenty of time to enjoy the bud. If I was you I would do some leave trimming to expose the buds to more light now that the plant is this far along. Don't touch the big fan leaves, but there are plenty of smaller leaves that can be cut. I always do that about a week or so from when I want to harvest. The buds will swell. I would use the leaves you cut to make some good weed butter while your waiting for the bud to be ready. Then wait about a week and do at least a 24 hour dark period at the end then harvest. Cut the buds/branches into small pieces to cut down on the drying time. When it comes to curing longer is better, but after a week I barely notice a difference. A lot of bud on the street is barely cured at all.yes, we are watering without nutes right now. it was from bagseed, and someone else said that it looked to be sativa dominant. problem is, my friend and i are going to be parting ways in about 1 month exactly, and we were hoping to enjoy this by then. all year we were smoking some pressed couch lock mids, so we were hoping for a more head high with this. this fits together to harvest earlier than later, especially since well be gone. i want to leave ample time to dry and cure, since that can make such a big difference
