I just looked in on them and saw a consistent growth of about 3.5 inches one or two had even more growth than that, and a few only had an inch or two of growth, but the avg was a strong 3 inches and more bushyness. I will get new pics when there are emerging developments in sex or flowering. So far the females still just have that 2 prong white hair flower- no foreseeable buds. but look very healthy.
They have been starved of water for a couple of days- I water them periodically, like the rain I figure. I mist very often since it is still early flowering. The misting will stop in about a week or two- but for now i want to encourage the greenery. Is it true that it is bad to mist them with the lights on because it will leave water burns? Because I tend to mist them when the lights are on- and see no problems at all. My lights may be too high to cause this- about 18 inches off the tallest plant- so 28- off the smallest. But I have no burns or yellowing. The leaves look happy.
Also is it bad to give them the very mild solution of nutes and molasses everytime you feed them (once every two/three days). My solution, I am aware is far from the pro's of this site. I use a grocery store mix that recomends a teaspoon per gallon for everyday watering in the garden. I use that- but at a half dose- and use 5 teaspoons of molasses for 2 gallons of water? I did this for the last week- and as I said my growth has been good and the leaves look great but I am about to mix another batch and wanted to confirm that it was a decent poor man's mixture.
I am very aware that I should be using specialized nutes, and i will be next grow- its in the works- but i just wanna learn from what i can before i tamper with nutes science.
Thanks for all the help... as i said pics are coming in about 4-5 days or sooner if magic happens!
