My first grow any tips welcome

this is my 1st grow im about 2 months in. i started them under 4 T8 4 foot shop lights with 5000k color temp. at 6 weeks i put them under a 600 watt HPS and a 400 watt HPS. im using the flora nova GH line for plant food. im just wondering if im doing a good job or not here are some pics. im 18 days inro flowering and im starting to see white balls of hair on all the tops of the plants.IMG_20120511_175816.jpgIMG_20120522_131210.jpgIMG_20120515_165023.jpgIMG_20120522_131244.jpgMMS_PICTURE_1338081400793.jpgIMG_20120604_182102.jpgIMG_20120621_204316.jpg

by looks u dont need tips lol... verry nice lucky they all turned fem.. i have no idea what a 5000k color temp is tho :S

are u changing to a blooming fertiliser? /// i havent given mine any food yet and they are at 2 weeks

i ordered some crystal fem seeds from nirvana seeds but iv read alot online and i thought id try. iv grown alot of dahlias in the past but this is way different.

im useing flora nova by GH and im using 5ml Mirco 5 ml grow and 5ml of bloom but im gonna bump it up next feeding but i didnt wanna shock it to bad.
and i just started giving it Bloom about a week ago when i started seeing white hairs comming out of a node

do us a favor and tell us the n+p+k levels in ya food? i bought some random orchid stuff and have no idea if its within the right range

15-20-24 in flowering but ill bump up the bloom up later BUT i think im starting to have a salt problem in my soil with all the fert im pumping into it

could i ask about the 2 pics of the flowering plant. they look either under or over watered or airation problems that latter most unlikely.. how often you watering and how much. also what the sieze of them pots
but yeee they look real nice well done

i think youre under watering the left plant. now its in flowering are you getting say 10 percent to 30 percent run least 2 a week. cause youre in coco to.

im growing in a closet and i dont have a fan. but i do leave the door open alot and there is a air conditioner and i water every 3 days and feed every 6. i forgot to water yesterday and i had to work all day today so yeah they kinda got dry.....

yer over-feeding already. see how clawed yer leaves are

I agree you are over feeding. The plants in the pic's do look healthy, but a little dark. It could be from the lights, but you also stated you are getting salt build up in the soil, so I would flush them out well and then just give water a couple feeds. Also, let the plants go almost dry after the flush, you want the roots to get quite a bit of oxygen after a flush. Other than that it looks like you are doing a good job. Oh ya, forgot to mention, you should have a small fan in the closet just for air circulation since you have an AC.

What strain is it and where did you get the seeds from? Some strains are known to be heavy feeders, while others not so heavy, although each plant is unique. Good luck, I am sure you will do a great job!

just use normal water every second watering ;/ is yours a proper fertliazer? 17.7/7.9/16 veg 6.2/14.6/16.8 grow for me haha cant even mix them up to make it more like yours :(
