Yeah mate, that will work . Its worth more than my setup lol 2 plants in soil on a windowsill! Ive grown with hydrops befor tho so i do know stuff lol . This will work fine but you probally need a less bright light for veg. Everything else will work i like the imagination . Is there anymore pics of the babys ?

No close ups of my babies ill take one tonight and i just bought another CFL bulb in a bowl so i got a combined of 2700+2700 lumens and i was wondering when i should get the warm ones for flowing

I dont have Credit =) none of these will prolly be female but i will keep trying i planted 200 outdoors this year and only got 15 females so lets cross our fingers
i live in Wv so the stuff that floats around here is all commercial sometimes u get lucky i got ahold of some cali kush $50 for a dime and didnt find one seed

u planted 200 and only got 15 females, u must be stressin em in sum way.
the 2700 doesnt represent the lumens in the bulb, thats the colour temperature, u can move to to the red spectrum(6500k or round abouts) weneva u want to flower.
a 23w cfl bulb has about 1500 lumens

i cant see ur pics, wants me to sign up.
if u download a picture resizer and resize ur pics to 800x600 they shud do it, i had same prob at first then i did this and it worked

Actually the 2700k is for flowering, which is the red spectrum...

the 6500k bulbs are for vegging, they are in the blue spectrum...

How do i know which one is 6500k and 2700k? does that mean lumens?

and i have some Miracle grow liquafeed bloom booster could i use this for anything? im trying to figure out the resizer

And i think the reason that i hade so many males could be because the seeds come from alot of shity bags from alot of diff places i live in Wv and there isnt anygood shit until you leave this state

the 6500 kelvin rating (k) is a bluer looking light by appearance, ive always googled a specific bulb if i wasnt sure. the 2700 kelvin bulb is oranger and redder the lower the kelvin rating. the kelvin rating has no bearing on the lumens, it is only the light spectrum that the bulb puts out, not its intensity. there are other better bloom boosters out ther that can be used in a flowering stage, everybody that uses some has a personal favorite, i dont use any personally. and usually under normal conditions , most standard seeds, regardless of genetics, with the exception of feminized and even hermaphrodite recessive will be a lil better than 50% female

Two 42 watt 150 equivalent spiral bulb in the bowl reflecter i don't know what u call them for flowering would 2 of the same thing but warm white be the right spectrum?

what is the foil your using? the 2700k is usually on the bulb package for veg you want the 6500k daylight bulbs, but i'll tell you the spot grow bulbs walmart and home depot have are better this is my package from lowes for the t12's i got and the spot grow from the same place the t12's where $7 for 2 and the spot gro was $6.50 each

i got the 3000k for flowering because i did not find the 2700k but for veg get the spot grow i had 2 of them and 2 100w 6500k cfl's and the spot grow is a lot better

Its just walmart brand foil shiny side out i must have the wroung thing because i cant find the 6500k on the package is it on the bulb like the screw in part? how long should i leave my lights on and how long should i leave them off im useing moisture control soil so how many times and how much should i water useing rain water

took me ages to find 6500k cfls here in england nowhere sells em,had to get em online, so i have no excuse.

Im using 6500k for veg....i heard that its the best.....my plant SHOT up after i installed 9 26w 65k cfls


PS lowes just had a deal on four pack 65k 26 w crls like 5 bucks a pack...check out lowes they always have the best deals

how are you doing? any new pics? i upgraded a little sense my last pics...
here's my jungle....2, 1000w super hps and i'm doing hempy buckets now the big stringy plants in the back are my first set from my first pic i posted here there still budding,but now with good lights every set is getting better.
