Transplanting isn't something im big on (I'm still a beginner myself though) I have done a few but only because of emergencies. Once the seedlings are healthy I transplant them to their 5 gallon buckets, that I pretty water a day or two before. I simply dig a hole as big as the seedlings cup, remove plant and soil as whole after a good watering to help keep it all together, place them in the hole and gentle fill in the gaps

Looking good, Plants and room. I can tell you've been putting in a lot of work. Yeah, you get a new hood in there you will see a big drop in temps. Also where are you measuring your temps from? I like to have at least two temp gauges in at a time, one hanging at canopy level directly under the light, and one wall mounted, you'll notice a big difference in overall room temp and direct light temps

I apoligize, i forgot that pic. I have an in/out hygrometer. It has a probe for "outside" measurements. I also have the hygrometer that came with the propagation set up sitting in the room where the fan blows. I set the probe in one of my plants (shaded) and I have the main section sitting under my filter.

I loaded up past pics. You can see the probe in one of the pics

Man that's hot, luckily the plants seems to be fairing well. I'd be really curious to know what the canopy temps are. Try hanging your probe in direct light at the top of the canopy. Once your plants start to stretch, if they have different growth rates you can measure those temps by just moving the probe to each plant, comes in handy knowing what you plants are feeling, this will allow you to set your light heights to maintain good temps across the canopy. Another good way is to stick the back of your hand at the under the light at the canopy level, if it burns you, it's gonna burn your plants.

Yea, that was before I moved the ballast out. It is around 88°-91° with lights on (i do not know the temps during calvin cycle). I have used the hand test since the lights came on and I have never felt excessive heat (i have very sensitive hands when it comes to heat. I need to wait AT LEAST 90 seconds to remove toast from a toaster). I am keeping the light 20" from them. My temp is still high, but the curling has dropped to a minimum.

I will try to find the temperature at the canopy. The temperature you saw was the reading at the soil.

Does a couple of the leaves look yellowing to you on the bottom plant?

Sounds good. Don't see any yellowing from the pics, only thing I see yellow is the small seedling leaves which is fine, they'll just fall off or you can prune them off when you start that if they're still around. They look very healthy in the pic posted after their watering, very good shade of green and the leaves are all wanting to try to point upwards, all good things!

Actually, i have a guess as to what it is. I believe my PH is off. The reason for this is because of the wrapping of the new leaves on the top plant in the grow. That is also the one with the potassium deficient looking lower leaves.

Thoughts? I would like to know if my research techniques are good or not

Well, I decided to put 5 ml of part A and part B into a gallon of water (ph 6.3-6.5) and use it to water all three plants. (They usually take 19 fl oz each). Hopefully it works

Correct!! The PH of the initial run off was a lousy 5.6. It is now running 6.2. Hard work pays off! Updated pics coming soon!!

Awesome! Glad to see you might had found your problem, sorry no one got to ya quick enough. Also be sure to be easy on the nutes until you notice a heathly growth pattern, follow the directions for light feeding with the nutes your using or cut back to half strength if your nute solution only shows regular and heavy feeding directions

Yea. Recommended strength is 10 ml. I used 5 ml. I am also using the RX Green nute line, the stuff is VERY weak (1-0-0, 0-1-2). But that also exponentially decreases the chance of salt buildups and whatnot. Hopefully that was the problem and I didnt nute burn my plant from correcting the PH.

So, I checked again at 8:15 pm. The temp was down to 81.1°F! The swamp cooler seems to finally be doing its job. I purchased my cooled hood, fan, and ducting today as well (cant wait to install that! I can just leave it all alone and it will be PERFECT!).

4 days ago they were 4.5"-5" tall and a diameter of 5"-8" and now they are 6.5"-7.5" tall and 7.5"-12" in diameter. This is with the nutrient lockout.

I pruned all of the damaged leaves from each plant (the 1 finger leaves and some from the next node. I also trimmed the mutated leaf from the odd plant). I will have updated pics tomorrow of the pruning.

I do see the deficiency and I am glad the nutes should kick in any hour now and get their health back to optimal.
