Looks to me like 5 weeks to go. Don't go by white hairs, there purpose is to grab pollen out of air to make seeds. Go by the trichomes. You can use a pocket microscope to look at them but i just look at the entire plant as a whole and when the plant is ripe the trichomes will look milky and not clear but that comes with experience. Don't flush, just give plain water last few waterings same amount of water as usually given, it's called fading.
I just got a magnify glass today to check also I think be doing 2 waters with beastie bloom kinda looks like I little over done it so I got 9 gallons of distilled water to flush would you add the regular tiger bloom at the end of the flushing or wait until it drys out I was going to add 1/4 tsp of tiger bloom to give her little flowering nutrients and do regular feeding after it dries out

Your Magnify glass what times or X is it? Most are only 5x, i have a 15x but you really need a 60x loop to really get good look.
I wouldn't flush them from a small amount of burn, the damage is done and is unreversable. Just water when they dry out with a light feeding around 500ppm.
