My first grow - veg room ideas

Hey all, nearly finished building my veg room, for my first grow! well excited!
In the veg room I plan on having a couple mothers (UK cheese) and room for clones to veg. The box I've built is 1.2m x 1.2m x 70cm
Got a couple questions, first of all, lights.

Been looking at the Starlite Digital Fluorescent 4 x 55w http://progrow.co.uk/acatalog/info_60.html
would this cover the area well enough and provide enough light? or would I be better off getting 2 of the Starlite Digital Fluorescent 2 x 55w http://progrow.co.uk/acatalog/info_59.html

Secondly, I'm probably going to get X-Stream Aeroponic Propagator 12 Site for the clones, what sort of size can you grow the clones to before they need to come out?

Here's the veg box so far:

real nice vegg box. For a space that size the 4floro tubes are not going to be enough try & get some compact floros to hang on the sides. You wana give your plants as much light as possible. The clones are going to be small so the light has to reach the clones too. The box is great doh man. But pack as much light as possible in there. Don't forget 6500 kelvin value for vegging.

I'm probably going to go with 2 Starlite Digital Fluorescent 2 x 55w
one for the clones and one over the mothers.
As I'm going to be using an aeroponic progogator, will I be able to veg them in this up until they are put in the flower room?

one half of my veg room, about a month ago.
Since build my veg, I've finished my flowering room and stocked up on nutes
and thats one of the mother plants in a bucket.
I'm in the process of making a space saving mother to replace that, as I've got a collection of cuttings coming I want to keep mothers of as well
