My First Grow!!

Aight so just a quick update... everything is lookin good :blsmoke:

So i have decided to go ahead and start flowering. My lights went of at 2am like always and i just left them off. they will be in a 44hr. dark until Sunday at 10 pm. I needed to switch my lights to come on during the night rather than the day as it is starting to get warmer down south, i figured it would be easier to manage the temp at night rather than a summertime upstairs room with no A/C during the day. Haha. anyways ill post a few pic later of right before lights out...cant wait till the lights come back on!

You will be AMAZED at the growth when they kick back on. I had 2 almost 3 inches in 24 hours.

Well the lights are back on and they are lookin good!! The hydro has really taken off and i believe that Lst on the soil plants is workin really well. :weed:

So every thing is startin to really take off. I think i even see a few pistos on one of the plants?? Or is that just wishful thinking? I just gave the some nutes and water, I gave them 2 1/2 tspn of GH Grow/ gal. and 2 tspn of GH Micro & Bloom, as a transition.

I also changed the DWC res and up the nutes to the recommended dose for transition to bloom. The roots look healthy and bright white with new shoots everywhere. I topped the Shorter plant in the DWC res. at the 2 node to get 4 colas like one of the plant in soil. I hope its of to top it while its in flower?? I mean it was right after the 44hr dark to switch my lights. :blsmoke:

Aight so just a quick update! i went 12/12 a lil over a week ago and since then i have 3 confirmed females :hump:

, i have 2 males that i gotta chop and i still have 3 that have not shown sex. 2 of those 3 are the the hydro that went 12/12 after about 10 days under 24/0 of CFL's, so i figured it would take a bit longer to show sex. They look great tho.

Ill for sure get some pics up on the flip side! My girls got the camera, Damnit!

Oh yea! i also added some extra lighting, i put 2 42w, 2700k and 6 26w, 2700k CFL's. Plus the 400w hps i already had runnin. Haha.

Aight, First are the pic of the girls, all 4 in soil are girls and the 2 in the dwc in the back have not shown sex. The one in the tub on the left was untouched and seems to be just thriving!!! I sure hope it a girl! ;-)

And last are the 2 male the i have removed from the tent but have not chopped yet. . lol. . I gotta get on that.

Anyways, What would make the very center of the new growth turn yellow?? im sure you see it in some of the pics.

Hmm...I cant think of anything off the top of my head. Id look into it but I just took on a lake clean up job that might score me a free car so im busy tonight.

this is fairly normal for a plant that is growing fast, up you veg nutes slightly and the plant will darken up quickly, by slighlty i mean give it an extra 1/4 dose with its next feeding. good luck , let us know how it goes.

Ok cool, i was a lil worried but i didnt wanna try and fix it when i didnt know what was wrong, Thanks Wow! And i will def keep ya'll posted. :lol:

Aight

, so im 11 days into flower, 2 of the 6 soil turned out male and 4 were female, the 2 hydro plants have still yet to show sex, I supercroped the taller hydro plant b/c it was gettin so tall and the other was topped about a week or so before flower. . .

Here are some pics foy ya. Everything's comin along nice :lol:
