subbed... I'm assuming you are going to do scrog?
add a couple of y spliters so you can add more bulbs, find them at wally world (walmart) or local hrdwr store for a buck or 2. what size pot? 1/2 gal? stay high

yea im going do LST, i was thinking of adding y splitters or just adding another powerstrip to the opposite side as the other one and having 3 bulbs on each side...which one would you suggest

i just switched over 2 of my girls from 4 -30w 5-6500k cfls to a 400w hps as im in day 20 of flower...cfl's work awesome for veg if you only have a couple plants and its cheap and if ur trying to keep costs and be stealthy its def a good way......

I would go with the power strip, just make sure you fasten it well. you don't want it to fall on your babies. stay high

23w bulbs are fine. Im using 6 atm for one plant. Just need a good exhaust to keep it cool. if you're interested, my grow journal is in my sig. you should post your grow journal in the steath sub-forum. Good luck man!

What are you using for reflective material. And do not hot glue cause they weight of the bulbs will make the strip fall on your girls and fry them (personnal experience) zip ties should do great.

for reflective material im just using foil duct tape. and to mount the powerstrip i use velcro, seems it holds good.

I would still use zip ties just in case. Cause the glue was holding really good and strong and one day i check it and its on my plant. I know your trying to go cheap but at walmart they sell the car windshield reflectors you can use that may work better.

i might go with the zip ties just to be safe, but with the car windshield i tried lining the tote with it and the light shined right through it, with the foil tape there is to light shining through

Johny112 good call on the zip ties, i was going to mention the same thing but i was lazy... I did the same thing using a hot glue gun thinking it would work well... next day I went and bought zip ties... lesson learned! stay high

You can leave the foil tape just glue the windshield stuff over it. Good luck man looks like a good set up tough.

thank you everyone for your help...but im going to quit trying. it would of been fun to try but this is just way too much work for 1 plant. you guys did have great ideas though...it just isnt worth all the work for a few grams. good luck to you all,im out,peace
