Hi all.. just a post to say thanks to everyone here who has posted great advice and encouragement and post a report on my first grow indoors. So far so good. Heres what I have going:
1 Blue Dream bagseed
2 Snow White fem Nirvana seeds
1 New York Power Diesel Nirvana Seed
250 watt MH for veg and HPS flowering
Homebox S grow tent (31"x31"x63")
4" inline eCo fan
carbon filter
Foxfarm Ocean Forest soil
FoxFarm Grow Big and Big Bloom

I started these seeds in cheap soil from a local nursery.. big mistake. They stalled for several weeks hardly growing at all. They were weak and yellowing fast. I transplanted them into the Foxfarm Ocean Forest after reading this forum and also talking to my local hydro store owner.. practically overnight all four plants turned a healthy green and they grew like crazy. It was awesome to watch. Thanks everyone for the advice.
I am now nearing the end of week 4 of flowering. Things are really getting exciting now. Let me know what you think. Am I going to have a decent yield down below with 250 watts in this small space? It seems to be doing well, but I worry that I might need some supplement light down there.
