my first organic bug grow

hey guys i m indoor growing 2 blackjacks and 1 fool moon. i m really pissed off cause they are just finishing their seedling stage and their soil (biocanna plus) already got pests.
one blackjack pot is full of what seem to be spidermites (brown/red couloured) and the other two have smaller white looking bugs that jump if i touch them (maybe young mites -i dont know..).
please help me before its too late

ps. i own a small pesticide bottle called Danaprid 200 SL (active ingredient is Imidacloprid 20%) but it states that its highly toxic for birds and bees so ...
