My First RDWC Grow with 1000w from Seed

Checked the garden last night day 6 of flower and upon close inspection found pistils on both plants they looked more developed on the smallest plant wich is not really stretching like the other, wonder why? the bushy plant has about 8 or more tops thru the screen wich I've been training under every day.
filled rez with water with no nutes because today is change day.

Have to take cutings from the bigger plant but I haven't finish the cloner wich is going in the filing cabinet until I finish a veg/clone 2x3 box I said finish but I haven't start yet. All I need for the cloner is some air stones wich l will buy today . Have a 3gal tote for now but I might use something else when I finish the box.

For next grow I will def use a larger rez. That was my original plan along with auto water filling but some how I ended up not doing it.

Last night was rez change it took 9gal to fill so...if I plan to grow huge plants again I will probably get a bigger rez because I feel this is not enough for this plant size. Added nutes using lucas formula 8ml micro 16ml bloom a gal. and then added all the extras at 50ml total each.

I'm having problems with the growth on one plant. Its about 3" shorter than the other barely reaching the screen wich was only set at 1" from it. Hopefully it'll pick up the pase shortly.

Tried to take pics of pistils but they apear to be invisible for the cammera lol! My computer is not working so that's why I haven't update ,doing this from my cell...sucks.

looks good, but the smaller one worries me. it should not be that much smaller when they were about the same size a week ago. check the air stones and air lines, maybe something is clogged or even the roots could be choked by something. Still some beasts you have there

Well not sure about the stunted growth but looks good to me i still have envy....i will shoot you some more pics of my little beast today hopefully....they will be in 4 weeks in flower on friday...plus i threw the bloombastic to them on last wednesday...wanna see if it is everything people act like it is....we will see its stupid expensive.

hay mel been outa comis few days just getting cought up. they lookin good!! dont know bout the runt. they have sure been consistent up till now. would sugest same as gumball and do some detective work. gota be a reason for the change, i say that because they have been so alike untill now. good luck, hope its nothing real bad and you find it if its there. lmk

Checked everything last night and did not find anything wrong with the set up.
The plants now that I think about it were never growing at the same rate. When I lst them I noticed that the one plant would grow new tops quicker than the other. The roots of the big plant grew long and straight the other one grew roots in like a ball and doesn't have the big thick roots like the big one. Counted last night and the bigger plant has 22 tops thru the screen. The smallest plant has only about 8 dominant tops barely reaching the screen.
So I'm guessing ill probably harvest that small plant one to two weeks after the bigger one or whenever it looks ready.
Also when I lst had to adjust and re tie the big plant every day but not so much the other one.

so its genetic not mechanical, thats a good thing in a way lol. ive got 1 of 6 that is very different and is a chore to controll. i dont know why but its growth is 2x wht the others are. i think i got a second strain mixed up in my clones. it has tought me that i dont want to mix strains for scrog.
ive cloned the wild child and plan on running only her in another run. thats provided she produces quality and quantity in the initial grow, time will tell.

Thank you! I think i'ts genetics so I won't worrie about it to much. I'm getting my cuttings this weekend fron the big one .

If your plan is to run the wild child I surely hope shell give you that quality and quantity you want.I see what you are saying about having different size plants under the scrog it really sucks.

Not much going on, same as the other day adding about 1 1/2gal of water a day and training the tops under screen some are moved foward some are move back and some are move to the side or a combo of all. The small plant might brake thru the screen in a couple of days so far has grown about 1" in 11 day and the flowers are just now showing not to excited about that.

i have to spread the love before i can rep+ back but thanks for the rep. her is an update on mine this is the 4th week of flower but i am not really really happy with the results thought it would be taking off alittle more by now but i do have a 600watt hps on the way but i may finish this with the 150 just to see how it turns out....her is an update of mine and also one of the clones that may be my new mother and my newest strain bubba kush by dr greenthumb it is only 2 weeks old and showing purple under the leaves any ideas on why so soon.....i have never grew a purple strain but thought it was towards the end of flower is when it would turn...like fall only indoors but i keep temps pretty low upper 60s and lower 70s.

marmadu my understanding is the little fellas like that apprciate a little more wormth than an established plant. the color is normal for a plant experiencing cool temps. i would not go to much trouble to change things, they may be a little slower in growth due to temps but will be working on the lower end (roots) and the growth that you do see will be stronger than if rampid growth is experienced. they are looking great! jmo

damn mel that left handed bitch is takin off!!! maby you could put a brick under the right plant and help it get some love from that light lol. proly wouldnt do much good as the leftie is going to be a beast and hog up all the goodie it can get.wouldnt hurt to try tho...

I agree with 4tatude about the cold temps in your grow but think they will be fine. Use the 600w when you get it...I think it would be a great upgrade to your set up and it would help with temps and RH depending on where you vent the hot air to. The buds will apreciate that! Keep up the good work!

Great idea think I'm going to give it a try. The water level will drop when raised but I think that won't be a problem. Thanks!!

Got up at 3am and did tomorrows water change today ,and trained lefty under the screen,counted 32 tops. The plant on the right was a bit yellow if compared with to the other. Found signs of mag def in the lower leaves but probably because I didn't add any nutes after adding water the last few times because I was low in bloom, well I ran out have to order more today probably a gal this time.
Added nutes using lucas 8ml grow , 16ml bloom and 75ml of Flora nectar and flora blend and 50ml of liquid kool bloom no more diamond nectar for the rest of the grow.
Haven't take cutings yet have to do that this week!
