My first solo grow

I wanted to show you a picture of my baby, 2 and a half weeks old.

To be honest I dont know...im on a low budget because I was unemployed for a little bit but I got a job today. These are just random seeds. If I manage to raise this plant alright I'll buy some seeds off the internet.

Alright, theres these pale yellow dry looking spots on the lower spear shaped leaves, the first real ones it grew, and also on the tip of one of the first set of fan shaped leaves. I tried looking at this IC guide but im not sure if these spots look like any of the ones on the page. What do you think? And is it serious?

Alright, heres my baby. Believe it or not seems to be thriving on half sunlight half lamp. I am just curious about the droopy pair of leaves she has int he middle, theyre odd. those leaves below and above them are perfectly healthy lookin.

These plants are both about 3 weeks old sprouted from bagseed one is 12 inches and the other is 6. they were int he same pot a few days ago but ive separated them, however these problems started before that happened. I have a 400watt hps and a fan on at all times. I havent started nutes yet, maybe thats my problem im nto sure because everyone kept telling me to wait.
I am very worried about them, please help me if you can.
