My first time growing and i need help!!!

So i am building a growing room i used white plastic trash bags to cover the walls a 75 watt floresent light and i am using mericale grow potting soil and mericale grow plant food! am i doing this right


what is the best plant food to use???

what is the best light???

i keep my plants under the light for 16 hours which i read is the best...

if anyone has any suggestions please let me know

Yo dude I here very bad things about miracle grow...but I dont use dirt:mrgreen:
so I dont know. A plant is like a child...it needs all your love and care even if it means spending a few more bucks...:blsmoke:

well ive used miricle grow soil an it diint seem to have negitive effect but i didnt use it for long. as for miricle grow plant food im using it right now at 1/4 strength its very easy to burn them though so use it every other water. as for your light thats up to you the more you put in the more you get out. an i keep mine on 24/0 light cycle fot veg i figured this is the best (more light) but im not sure of it. good luck

or you could try this...

3 x 3 flower space. 600w HPS; air cooled hood. 16 plants, 1 gallon pots. fox farms ocean forest soil. botanicare nutes. 3 desk fans. to many strains to list....pasted from a different thread.:mrgreen:

Alot of ppl cant afford them 400/600 watt lighting systems.. i cant atleast..

thanks for all the suggestions..... i had a couple plants and they died!!


and another question sorry if i am being too unexperienced! loool

i have to plants growing in one pot right now and they went kind of limp so i took them out completely and replanted them do you think they can still make it?

if you replanted them you should seprate them into different pots bc the roots will get tangled into a ball and both die.
