Hey there everyone, just wanted to share some pics of the vaporizor i just
made this morning after gathering my materials, took about 3 hours and after
just smokin a bowl with it im very pleased!

First i would like to thank Al B. Fuct for the design, as my project is pretty
much a copy of his one that can be found in the GROWFAQ

I used the on/off switch and power socket/lead off an old computer power
supply, a 60W soldering iron, cast aluminum project box, light dimmer,
7mm hose and a pickle jar. All up cost $35 dollars as i had some stuff
in my garage already.

Im not very good at soldering so i chose to use connectors instead so the
inside is a bit messier than it should be, but i guess out of sight is out of
mind

I like the computer power socket because i can unplug the power lead
when transporting/storing, i plan on making the hose disconnectable
aswell later...but going to fit a proper cone piece ASAP

Going to calibrate the dial later to temps using a bbq/oven
thermometer, and then blaze some fresh honeyoil i made a few days ago
using mexiblunts awesome diy butane extractor

Finally would just like to thank RIU for everyones amazing info and help,
as i prepare to enter a new stage of my smokin career....

HONEY OIL & VAPORIZORS!!!:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

um im goin to rain on your parade.

that just looks like an automatic pipe,a vaporizer has an external heating source and that vaporizes the substance, what u have is an internal heatin rod, that rod will heat up and burn the substance, not vaporizin.
