My First White Widow Grow 400watt In My Homade Tent

Spot on 4 weeks flowering.


ok the buds are not looking as nice as some grows but my lights out temps are dropping to like 8 degrees so i guess im happy
thinking of chucking a small heater in there with a thermostat but gonna wait to see how this turns out as i dnt wanna use to much power
see what the power bill is after this grow.

I'll get some pics up of my clones at some stage for ya's there coming along very nicely.

hey thatoneguy this is only my second attempt at hydro first attempt they all went hermie on me that was like an ebb and flow setup

this time round i went coco i only had a little probelm where i need a bit of cal mag on one plant due to yellowing but i think im going well for my first coco run i was gonna give soil ago but im gonna go coco again and try and get it down first. But other than that mate great stuff easy to water i only have maybe a 20% perlite 80% coco mix, I might go 40% perlite 60% coco next run just so i get a bit betta run off as i think my mix now holds a bit to much moisture but it's all trail and error mate. With coco to i have found every couple of waterings give it a good flush just to get all the old nutes an what not out think that was a problem for me to i dnt like flushing every time like some ppl say to do with coco cause with my mix takes to long to dry out and also i have to pull my plants out and wait for the nutes to stop over flowing or i end up with a flood in my grow room.

sorry about the long reply mate just trying to take everything into account.

other than that mate all ya can do is give it ago maybe on your next grow try soil vs coco i was thinking bout doing this not sure yet ppl swear by coco so i will stick at it for a bit.

those plants look huge mate nice buds wish i could grow some shit like that still early days for me

well theirs a good response o.o lol, yea i have coco going back and fourth right now, but i ve seen so many good results and very healthy looking plants, can you reuse the coco at all? that would be so nice and would deffinetl outwigh soil in anyway lol possibly even hydro o.o, the coco or hempy bucket system seems to be forgiving like soil so idk this sounds very promising from all the research im doing, but i would prolly really need to et a ph meter, im so againt the meters i hate being nick nacks...anyways im rambling >.< cant wait to see the chop of them purdy girls

haha. im not sure if ya can reuse it spsoe ya could if ya can get all the roots out but mate i got a 5kg block added water and ya get like 55 litres and it's buffered and all that for like 13 bucks so meh it's cheap as im just gonna use new stuff i used canna coco coir this grow but got the nutrified nf coco brick this time clones are in it and all is well and i saved like $27 vs canna so i'll see how my next batch of plants go.

ok this is my cloning cab as you can see i have a few clones and some are not going so well think there to wet the ones not looking so good but meh im no expert.
im happy i got a few clones.
the bigger ones are the bag seed smaller are the ww

looks like i got 5 good clones i wanna keep 2 mothers rest will flower hopfully i can take some nice big clones next times clones i took last time where tiny.

the last 2 pics are a clone i took 2 weeks into flower dunno if it's gonna survive yet buts it's got roots.

hrmmmm, well i think i might have to take a run down to the hydro shop n try some out...i have a test plant ! lol so possibly lol

u can reuse coco but personally for what ya pay for it i wouldnt bother and it does decompose after about 6months i think it is
u have to wash out all the old roots and what not between uses to
personally i dont trust the bricks u can get a 50ltr bag of cyco coco coir for around 18 smackers
and make sure you use coco specific nutes or you will run into salt build probs and what not

Nice plants, I'm waiting on some White Widow seeds to come in the mail, I'm really excited about them. And about nutes, I use SensiGrow and SensiBloom, they are very cheap and top of the line, they really get the job done in my opinion.

ok guys time for an update here are my girls think im only gonna get maybe half oz but anyway it's all learning.
i been feeding with 1.9 ec 3 of the plants love it but 1 of the white widows seems to get nute burn i can't work it out but anyway.

Na bro you will get more than half an oz... that maybe on one plant if thats what you mean. Those buds will fatten up and get heavier your only on week 5.

yeah thats what i ment mate bout half oz a plant couple of em look like there gonna go 10 or 11 weeks

Looks great J, my buds really grew in size in week 6 and 7, so I wouldn't worry just yet, I bet the next few weeks will surprise you.
