Next round in flower room starts with these guys! 4x Seriotica from Serious seeds. All cuttings from same mama.

Im going on vacation for three weeks so i have to leave these on my friend hands.
I decided to make it super easy for him so i keep them in veg and he can just add water and simple nutes in tank.

Im sure that there is going to be massive explosion after 3 weeks but its always better than flipping too early.

And here we are after three weeks.
Note to self: Dont take vacation while growing :D Looks very messy without any training in three weeks. Also some troubles probably because of overwatering. Looks very yellow in pictures, no so bad live but definitely not something im happy with.

Well they are still in veg so there is time to recover. Plants are going to be way bigger then usually but it is what it is. Atleast i had a nice trip!

Now heavy defo and watching how plants react.

beautiful grows you have been doing, it's been fun to read along!

How come your plants have been overwartered when you returned from vacation, if you don't mind me asking? Shouldn't the autopot system have taken care it? Going to try the pots soon as well, is there something to keep in mind in your experience?

Also at what plant size do you prefer to flip to 12/12 in your tent setup?

Really nice LST techniques as well <3

Yeah there was two different problems when i was away.
First and worst was when plants growed too much and almost touched lights so they had very heavy light stress for a week or so.

And second is this little over watering.
When im running autopot system i like to wait that soil dries out between tank fillings. I use those XL/5gal pots so if im adding water all the time soil never gets totally dry.
Also in this case i just turned system on before i left so there was not so much roots drinking yet.
On 12/12 u can keep tank filled up 24/7 since plants are drinking a lot.

So its good and simple system. If u are using soil and big pots i would recommend that drying and also keep everything clean! I wash valves and trays 2-3 times during run.

About size: I like to wait till plants are almost wall to wall, ~20-30 tops per plant and 25-30inch from the floor.

No problem.

Yeah im trying to avoid mold every way possible and having a lot of smaller tops compared to ~10 really big ones seems to be the way to go.

Two weeks in flower.
Lights have been at 70% last few weeks.
Plan is to start blasting more and see how they can take it.
According to lightmeter 90% gives ~1000µmol/s with nice even spread. Lets see if its going to be fat chonks or burned tops.
