I think this is possible a deficiency, but not sure what kind, or how to fix it. The stems are purple all the way out to the leaf, and I can see a little purple in the main stem as well. I am a newbie, so please go easy on me :)

They look fine to me!
Check the genetics on the plant. It can be perfectly normal for the fans to get dark coloring. So keep up the good job, and get all the info on that strain! :eyesmoke:

What I am concerned about is the fact that I don't know what strain it is. Here are more pics of her that were taken today. This also one that I don't remember when it sprouted. My focus at that time was on two older plants that turned out to be males :(

ehh in the newer pics its looking a litle droopy however i dont think that has anything to do with the purple stems...possible over or under watering?....sure wouldnt hurt to repot that into something a little larger either...

More information. The look like they are clawing, which means too much nitrogen and therefore base nutrient solution. Then again, what pH are you watering at. Could be a lockout problem. Purple stems are notoriously mag deficiency, however, your mid leaves are not showing interveniel chlorosis, so if you see yellowing between your veins on the older fan leaves then you know the pH in your soil has creeped down below 5.5 and you are having lockout issues. If I were you, I would run x3 gallons of water more than your pots size of water with a mild fertilizer solution through each plant and keep on watering at ph 6.2 for the next couple of weeks at a .6-.8 EC.
