BELOW IS THE EMAIL BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND MYSELF, THE COMPANY IS NOT TOTALLY AT FAULT, BUT I WANT YOU TO READ MY LOSS TO MAYBE PREVENT OR WARN YOU OF YOUR OWN!!

Well the package was received today, barely. I know you have no control over what happens to the package when it leaves your facility, but I have to tell you. The package was broken into 7 pieces. One piece I assume punctured the lemon package causing the contents to spill out into pieces of broken dvd plastic contained by the bubble wrap thankfully, because the rest of the package was ripped to shreds. The bubble tape appeared to be ripped open and re-taped at the top corner.
Additionally the whole package was "jerry rigged" back together with USPS Postal Services Tape (with the logo). My package was so mangled i'm positive anyone was able to see its contents by visually inspecting it. The package also appeared to have a slice cut into the bubble tape, indicating that someone did peak inside the contents of my package. I know this is out of your control but i've never seen anything this horrible in my life. To top off everything, 2 out of 4 seeds are so small, tiny, weak, and raped looking that I wont even be able to study this specimen for what its supposed to be.
It looks like I'm truly screwed on this one. I don't want any more seeds because I don't want my mail man to get another opened package and draw any ignorant assumptions based on its contents. This is just a FYI, due to a combination of failures on the behalf of USPS/ROYAL MAIL and your companies quality control / shipping an receiving packagers I will never risk my time, money and privacy by orderings from your company or any other alike company ever again. I don't expect anything. Just pack your items better in the future. You charged 15 USD for 1st class shipping and received no privacy and security of its contents.
Needless to say, because of my security breach, I threw it all away and walked it out to the dumpster. Am I over reacting ? Maybe.. But I don't want anyone to know what's inside any of my mail. It doesn't matter if its this, my bills or bank statements. If I receive a half assed packed package that is guaranteed to have secured content (and its delivered exposed and opened for the world to see) someone is getting some hate mail and the loss of my business.

Orders to the United States typically take 5-10 days from shipping to arrive. As it's nine days since your order was sent I would anticipate it arriving either later today, or possibly tomorrow, if it has not done so already. As you note, tracking confirms it has been in your town for five days now, so quite why it is taking USPS so long to process it is as much a mystery to us as it is to you. That process normally takes a day or two. Unfortunately this is something which is entirely out of our hands and I do hope you can appreciate that.
