My Grow: PurplecottoncandyKUSH and Superlemonhaze: advice?

Hey guys somewhat new to posting on the forums, found out about this community by just browsing all my questions for growing thru google many times was directed to this site. Anyway heres my details

Indoor
Soil
Closet grow (dont know exact dimensions but given the size my plants have grown huge its somewhat cramped, still room to grow up just not out)
120w hps
vegged for like 6 weeks or longer or something rediculous. My plants are huge.


Indica (purplecck, clone obtained from collective) is like a good 3 ft tall currently while the sativa (superlemonhaze, clone from collective) is probably around 4ft tall

they are currently 3 weeks into flowering

on 12/12, super bloom nutes (low nit, high phos and potas)

The wattage on the light seems rediculously low, and I know it is. Just my job has been shit for the last 2 months and I literally havent gotten a paycheck, im in so much debt... but that sob story is the topic of a much different discussion. ANyway... so its just 120w but the plants show PHENOMENAL growth, I mean they are huge, and are both producing hairy zainy sugary nugs thus far.

I think the saving grace even tho the light is low watt, the closet grow is a small space with just two plants, surrounded by 3 white walls and a sheet hanging over the 4th side (which is of course the opening which is a sliding door) so this must box the heat and light in and white walls reflect light?

So bottom line for 3 weeks into flowering how do these look? (I can get bomb indica pics but the sativa is sometimes harder to get a pic of because I have to slide the door all the way back which I dont like to do)

The indica pic is completely up to date at 3 weeks into flowering.

I apologize the sativa pics arent nearly as good, I have a film i took on my phone but I cant upload that so in the meantime I just have some shit pics for the sativa. Its way wild and crazy all over the place, the pistils came out of whip like structures and nugs are popping up all over. These shitty pics of the sativa are about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks into flowering.

If you have any questions about the plants, notice anything, or just generally have anything to say about my grow or these strains, please do comment!

Currently the nugs on the indica are a bit bigger and more clumped together. As where the sativa is smaller but spaced out all over the whole damn plant from top to bottom. I also realize sativa will have a bit longer flowering period.

How much do you think Im looking at getting from these plants, I was thinking maybe around an o a piece? Thats what I was thinking as a conservative estimate?

One last tidbit both plants seem very healthy and vibrant. On the indica there is at the very bottom just a few leaves scattered around (maybe 3-4 or so out of the whole plant) that have issues like this. And I have not noticed any issues similar to this on the haze which is adjacent so it might just be nothing. (I heard its not uncommon for a plant to have a few leaves that are weird) I figure its from switching the nutes from veg to flower and its just taking nitrogen? The plant seems very healthful, you just cant ever be too careful. What do you think?

super lemon haze is a huuuge yielder. expect an oz; i believe this one is supposed to get like 4++ indoor according to my friend. outdoor up to 2.2 pounds per plant

lol well thank you very much for the responses it feels good to hear some feedback. Yeah that makes sense about the lemon haze. It just will not stop growing! It is very tall at this point, I will try and get updated pics by the end of this month to mark the 1month flower progress. Anyone got any other comments, or anything to do with those few leaves on the indica? Thanks guys

wow are you growing slh and pw too? I am also. I topped my slh then in flower i tied down the branches to the trunk at 90 degrees. She is two month vegged and 3x3 with a stem like a roll of quarters times 2 and in a 5 gal dwc. I just flipped to flower a few weeks at most ago and she is still stretching. i have a co2 bottle and a 600 watt hps over her. So she is a keeper. Lol, stil vegging pw donator plant for clones.

Def top slh then tie down. Scrpg would be awesome. I tried to late.

Haha that's awesome dude! Yeah too late for scrpg thought of that as an aftert thought. What do u mean top and tie homie?

I topped and let her develpop on her own like four or five great looking tops. Then I tied the branches back to the trunk at a 90 degree or 45 degree angle careful not to break. This way it is opened up in the middle to light and it is a bushy ass plant. There are some branches on the bottom that I whish got more light too. But I push them around.

So if I'm not mistaken basically ur tying down the lower branches so the top ones develop to their full potential into big juicy nugs?

nnnno! lol. I tie down the top branches so the LOWER branches develop their full potential. I f all the branches receive the same amount of light they all grow big. Also if they are all level then the plant releases certain auxins that tell the buds to all grow big. All colas if you want tho there is only a certain amount of auxin in each plant.

It is not complicated. Just observe how the plants love the light and how just under the lights penetration they get smaller unless they get brought up or the top branches get pulled down a little. It is all a matter of lazliness. I get so lazy that I surprised I bothered to top and pull down some branches. But it just takes a second.

Some people under 1000s just leave the plant alone and say less stress gives more buds. But under my 600 I at least top. Too much training will make to many little buds and not enough fun ass big ones. I top and let it develop, and do a little light lst. I used to do some heavy lst but the bud size was so small altho many. I kinda want some 2 liter bottle size colas.

Also bottled co2 is a must for small growers. I forget if you have any. I dont dick around with the yeast and propane is a next step for my 2 tent setup I guess. I am still getting used to bottled. However in veg it was great.
