a scrog, or screen of green or Trellis net... many names... is a method of adding a screen on the tops of your plants and doing LST or Low Stress training, it maximizes your Yield in a smaller area, and is VERY simple to do, even for a beginner. i recommend you look into it

So basically just tie it down lol? Also I don't know if you saw my hermie comments but do you know if plucking off pods and bananas will save her?

ScrOG is training a plant to grow horizontally under a net and poking it down each time it raises through a hole, the idea is so every hole in the net has a bud site then you flower it and the buds grow through the net and not below. Resulting in a canopy all the same distance from the light and all the buds been of equal size. Monster yields.

There are a bunch of good videos. Just look up trellis net or scrog. Also on the hermie thing. I'm pretty sure there is no "saving". Imo, if it's a hermie, its now compost

Nah no way, maybe if you had a few other pure females you'd scrap a hermie, but it's the only one I've got atm so any bud I get is better than ripping it upThere are a bunch of good videos. You're right mate
I just pray my outdoor one doesn't go hermie too same seeds and it's HUGE I DON'T want that to be a waste FMD that'd be a good 5 months wasted :/Similar threads
