Hey guys, ive decided to super crop my new plants....my last lot grew tall and didnt yield too much :(

Super cropping is pretty simple really...the benefits are massive so dont delay super crop everything lol

You can bend the stalks quite a bit...they wont break. If your plant gets bushy one side super crop the other side more, or bend branches to the sparce area...and put the bushy part away from the light to allow the sparce side better lighting.

Im doing 2 plants at the moment, i want to see how big i can grow these :)

Enjoy the vid and leave feedback advice etc :)

My first question is how does super cropping increase yield? I've done super cropping before, with success, but then if you squeeze to hard or bend to much you can severly damage the plant causing the plant to stop growing at the point where you attempted to super crop the plant. I know its a good way to prevent lateral growth, when one has limited space.

In cannabis plants the phloem is living tissue that carries nutrients (mostly sucrose and glucose) to parts of the plant where it is needed. By crushing this cellulose network it forces the plant to rebuild it stronger than before. While it is rebuilding, the lower branches increase their growth. This results in very similar effects to topping except you do not loose your top cola

By bending the tip of a branch towards light you increase plant yield for two reasons. One: the branch you bent gets to grow into an area that you want it to (hopefully unobstructed from blockage). Two: the lower branches receive the light that would otherwise be used by the top bent branches.
