My hairs look burned or dead

Some of my flowering plants hairs are burnt or dying. The tips have turned brown, they appear either burnt or dead. The leaves are quite dry around the buds with this problem. Everything else seems fine. Temps are around 75 during the day, and around 70 during thenight. Humidity is 40-45; I have a small oscilating fan & squirrel cage exhaust 265 Cfm pulling through a carbon filter and exhausting my 1000w hps light.

Anyone have any ideas?

put a fan between the top of the plants and light if you cant move the light further away
