My iolite is not working properly

I preheat for 10 mins. load the bowl and lightly pack it. I get no visible vapor when i take a hit.

This is my second iolite so i don't think i have a bad unit.

i really like the size and concept of this vap. What am i doing wrong?

Try a differant type of bud. In my extrem i get the same problem with some weed even if its dank.

tried some different herb. Still no vapor. Put the contents of the iolite bowl in my Vapor Brothers unit and got good dense hits. I must be doing something stupid wrong.
