My Last grow my wife will EVER let me do. WTF is happening 2 my Plants Plz Advise K+

I have 4 plants about 2.5 weeks old, one has exploded its Black Pearl, the three blue berry are a bit smaller. I am on fox farm nutes, and using distilled water. The PPM with the nutes is about 575 and pH at 6 even, which should be fine for almost 3 week old plants. Now the plants are showing two different signs. I have searched before posting. The big plant has the leaves getting very deep ridges in it, kind of wrinking on the top and it seems to be getting worse not better, The other two with problems have clearly visable orange spots on the leaves. PS i have belonged to this site for almost two years, I lost my pw last week can't remember it, and this site is having problems it won't email my pw to me even when it says it will.

the wrinkle leaf things look like a humidity issue to me. do you have high humidity? the other one looks like possible pests.

the bunched bay ridges indicate too high of fert level and with 575 at 3 weeks old, IMO, that is just way too high, especially in hydro. try backing down. the spotting could be lockout of something from high fert/salt levels.

Well the humidity checks ok, the room has been in the 60's constantly. I am not a first time grower but never had these kind of problems before. I am counting these for dead, I moved the light up a few inches, I will check them in a few days, and then toss them if not better. The PPM is 350 and the Ph is 5.8 I am back to half nutes and was only at the 600 ppm for a couple of days so maybe they will grow out of it.

hows the heat i read that heat or salt build up can cause stress like that..

When my plants were about that size they looked kind of the same way. The ridges were real deep like yours. Eventually they went back to normal. The spots on your leaves may be a problem I had also. Do you spray water on your plants? I got sloppy with my watering on my soil grow and water drops were on my leaves. I left them there and the next day the water drops had magnified the 400w mh light and made burn spots on the leaves. Just an idea.

I had the same problems on my first plant. I put some fungicide on for the spotting, which I was able to wash off the leaves later. Neither problem ever went away, but didn't get worse. The plant put out some good quality stuff; I'm still trying to get it to revert back to veg state, but not having much luck. It still manufactures it's stink, but no new branches for clones.

Ok to answer all your questions, and I appreciate much the humidity and the temps are ok, kinda cold, but not ever lower then the low 60's. I have not sprayed any water, I do think the spots are from too much nutes < i fukt it up and did the rev of the two nutes so that put the numbers up around 650 or a tad higher ppm, but I added more nutes cause they were at about 200 and the big blackpearl plant had those ridges problems and the leaves on the top where cupping up , and getting ugly looking on the bottom leaves. I last looked last night it was breaking my heart, the anxietiey went though the roof, I promised my wife no more seeds purchasing, the thinks doing it online like I have will get me caught. I will give them 3 days ( 1 has past ) before I check again, if they don't look better. I am killing them before they kill me

If she doesn't want you buying seeds online maybe you will get 1 male 1 fem and make seeds. or take clones? idk. If it were my last grow I'd just keep them and see what you can get.. it can't really hurt.. just try to forget about their problems =] good luck

Also, if I were you, look for new growth that is not damaged - there is a good change what was damaged won't become undamaged.. but new growth should be normal if u fixed the problem. Don't lose heart. I overwatered a couple of my plants severely and wanted to pull them but now they pulled themselves through so I am happy I left them.

I checked them again, and just pulled my biggest BP plant, I have for seeds left, if I pull the others I am going back to soil, fuck it

Sorry to hear that Like I said try not to lose heart, even if you go back to soil. Your efforts will be worth it, guaranteed at harvest.

I pulled out the big one, the black pearl, it was out growing the others so much it was incredible, I just pretend it was a guy, it looked like ass mixed with poison, so I have 4 seeds left, and 3 plants in the hydro, I will see if they get better, and in the mean time prepare to grow those 4 I could use some more seeds JIC......

The plants now look like ass mixed with poison. I haven't ever had this happen before, I am gonna do 4 seeds in soil, and taking a break from Hydro

to your fear about ordering online
1. Go to the blue shy coffee shop in San Francisco - buy seeds/clones legally
or (even better)
2. go to Ontario Seed Bank in Toronto. no joke, totally legal, i went there and they hooked me up. Its real, look it up and they give great advice. flight to canada not as much as you think
