My Last One

Well I started out with 6 plants for this grow and am now down to just 1. 3 of my Northern Lights plants all turned out to be males... freaking pain in the butt too. They were all looking and doing so great... it was a shame to have to pull them. 1 of my ICE seeds didn't crack, another one began to mutate and had to be pulled and now I am down to my last plant. This one seems to be doing great... little issues here and there but over all doing just fine. I have looked over this plant and still have not yet been able to determine the sex... no male signs but no female signs either. Where the female pistols should be there is new growth leaves coming in. So I continue to let it grow and hopefully it will show it's sex at some point. This one is exactly 5 weeks old today...

Couple things here, plant is looking rather green! but a little over watered. If the plant is in soil, let it dry out for a few days. I usually let mine go two to three days before i water. you should be able to stick your finger in the soil and it be dry past the knuckle before you water again.

She looks healthy all in all, i bet if you let her dry out a few days shell perk up. G/l

lol... funny you should mention that as I had just watered it .... moisture meter was reading right at the edge of dry/moist... but if you think it needs to left a little longer I will give it a shot. I usually water every 3 days or so depending on what the meter says. I also alternate the waterings ...1 no nutes...2 nutes just so I don't over do it with the nute feeding.

I was using a LST method up till just a couple of days ago on some of the lower branches... I had just actually taken them off as the branches I had tied were growing in the direction I wanted them in. The rest of the plant is a bit hard to get at as the branches are short... the damn fan leaves are freaking huge though... makes it hard for the rest of the plant to get any light... I almost want to trim them but I know thats a no no...

its not always a no no as long as there is one to support the life you aer ok. What i mean by that is if they are no getting light they can be removed just dont strip the plant naked and you will be ok this is a photoperiod plant it has plenty of time to recover.

There are some nice bud sites coming in under some of the fan leaves that are poking their heads out here and there as you can see from the pictures.. How many of the fan leaves do you suggest I remove to allow more light in?

Cheers,
BR.
