My light fell and decapitated one of my babies! :O

I was wondering if someone with more experience could give me advice to help her survive/tell me if there's a real chance. They're only in there second week of veg, and the other two only had leaf damage, but this one lil lady got broken off right above the first node.. That's what I get for messing with the set up a little too stoned I guess thanks in advance!

So she survived and is doing just fine, just got topped early really lol.. But my new sets of leaves on the other plants seem to have a slight yellowing to the inside of them, is this nitrogen deficiency?? I haven't started giving them nutes yet as they're young and just got fresh soil and big pots. I did transplant them recently, and it was before they were ready and they lost a good bit of root is it possible it's transplant shock???
