My lights and my plants!

Ok so I changed lights, watered my plants a little more, and they're all about a foot tall veg stage, been growing for about 30 days. I know they aren't bushy or strong enough for flowering yet so I'll hold off for a few more weeks, but I need some opinions on my lights.

I don't have a camera atm so I'll post some links showing you basically what I have set up.

I put the light in the link above in this bulb's case

and put it a few inches away from three of my six plants and then I put a bluish white 18 inch long fluorescent light over the other three.

Then about sixteen inches above and right in the middle of those two lights I put the original dayspot grow light (which had originally created too much heat and was stressing my plants) for added light. The dayspot light is like the one in the first pic but without the fluorescent light I replaced the lower one with.

Is this enough light for six plants? I keep them on 20 hours on, 4 off.

One last issue I'm having which may or may not be overwatering. A few of the top leaves on three of my plants have started to droop, and I noticed that the shoots before the leaves, along with some part of the upper stem is becoming purple where the leaves are drooping. Thanks for the help.
