Hello, here it is:

6 cfls 23 watt each, still enough room to add one more in the middle. Fan can be slowed down with a speed control dial fitted on the top of the lid and is strong enough to push the air through a carbon filter which may just sit on the top covering the opening. Small digital timer fitted under the lid controls the thing in 7 days cycles if needed. Really cheap built. There is over 20 inches from the bottom to the lights, a wide opening in the bottom of the bin allows lifting it over the pot (square 3 gallons one) and use all of the 20 inches for the plant. It can support one plant from seed to chop. A neglected test run produced an oz; I think it can be doubled(LST, etc), but it won't be used for flowering anymore but for seedlings or as a dryer instead.
