well its not very much room at all.. got to think ... how big is your pot ur using?? prob between 6-12 inch... and ur lights ur ganna use florescent tubes so with fixture and bulb maybe 3-6 inch... so thats already 9-18 inch of space without even growing... if u want it to be 29 inch then u would only have 11-20 ich to actualy grow and thats if its hitting the lights... you would be forced to LST the whole grow and start with a small clone.. i wouldnt even think about growing in a room that small... sorry for the bumbing news but mybe think of somthing bigger

That's about the smallest height you could get away with, if that's as tall as you can make it then you probably shouldn't bother with a veg period, just flower from seed or clone and they will fill the space, assuming they get plenty of light.
Ideally you'll want 7-10,000 lumens per sq ft of growing area. You have 5.6 sq ft, so you want between 39,000 and 56,000 lumens for optimal lighting.
The volume of your space is only 13.4 cubic feet, so unless you have a really restrictive filter or lots of ducting/lots of bends in ducting, then a bathroom fan should suffice to keep air flowing.
You seem to have an idea of the basics, keep reading, keep asking questions, we'll do our best to help.

would this box still be decent for the vegetative state of growth or does it lack space for that aswell? i might be able to build another box for flowering but at most it will be able to hold 1-2 plants at a time and i figure if the first box is alright i could keep cloning and that wont be a problem.... just doing it for the love of the plant, the experience and some personal use, dont want anything high scale

Imo that would be a great box to use for mothers and clones, you could get between 2 and 4 mums in there depending on how big they were, and how big your cloning apparatus is.
I would set it up so as to take 4-6 clones every month, then select the best one to go into flowering. If you can make a flower chamber big enough to fit 2 plants (bearing in mind they will double to triple in size from the day you change the light cycle) then you can harvest a plant every month, and with a bit of practice on the timing, have another plant ready to take it's place.

thats a great idea, and i think i might actually do that.. btw im almost done building my box i will have pictures of the box up assoon as i find the usb cable but i had question since florecent tube lights and fictures are a bit on the expensive side also dont have enough lummens is there another method of lighting i can use? incondesent bulbs? what would be afficent for the size and stage of growth?

ahh also i got a 70cfm bathroom fan installed on the far right side as planned but now not sure which type of fans i should use to pull air in? and also how i should design a light proff intake fan

that helped alot, im just gonna leave my exhaust fan and possibly a small oscillating fan inside but with the size of the box that i have where should i place my intake holes? how big should they be? and how can i make it so the light from inside the box doesnt get out and the light outside doesnt get in?

The intake should be slightly bigger than the exhaust. Or slightly smaller, it depends who you talk to. I personally don't think it makes that much difference so long as they are roughly the same size.
The intake should be low down, at the opposite end to the exhaust so that the air flows through the room over the plants.
Light traps are a pretty simple job, there are lots of ways to do it, just remember that light can't travel round corners. A simple one can be made by bending a piece of flexible ducting round 90-180 degrees, as much as is needed to stop light getting through.

Passive intakes should be bigger than the extraction size, so there is less strain on the fan, and plently of airflow. Active intake fans should be slightly smaller or less powerful than the exhaust, to ensure negative pressure.

It won't make a difference as far as the plants are concerned, but it matters for smell control. If there is more air being fed in than is being extracted, you will have a positive pressure situation, where smelly air will leak out of cracks etc. If there is more air being extracted than actively fed in, you will have negative pressure, which will ensure that all the outgoing air is forced through the carbon filter.

The above doesn't apply to passive intakes, which should always be bigger than the fan to ensure proper airflow and prevent fan stress. Even with 2x or 4x the exhaust size, there should still be good negative pressure, provided the fan isn't a complete POS, so the air will still get filtered properly.
