My new roor!

roor's are garbage. how many people on this thread alone just said "i broke my roor".

And what do you suggest concerning bongs? Just because a bunch of Roor's break doesn't necessarily indicate less quality. What if they were all dropped on hard surfaces? What if it was the owner's fault and not the bong.

Also, a lot of people on this board seem to have Roors, so if you hear of a bong being broken, there's a good chance that it's a Roor.

I just bought a Roor myself. For the same price, I could have gotten a Kaos bong as well, but I've always heard that Roors were quite good. So far, I like it:-P

i wouldnt go as far as to say they are garbage, but i would say they are way over-praised.

and like you said, ive heard of more roor's breaking than people successfully owning them for long periods of time..."Oh well time to get another roor"....why?

nice piece man! my buddy has the exact same roor, except his has the beaker bottom, and i can FORSURE say, it's the best bong i've ever hit, soooo smooth, perfect...nice work
 
wtf is "better" about a bong? other than the stupid name on the side. seriously. if it's "high quality glass" made by a decent company/blower then they are ALL THE SAME. other than the names.

So people by Roor because they are more durable? Is that seriously the main reason? Cause it seems a little silly to empty your wallet because you have butter fingers. There must be some other reason why people praise it, or is this just another classic case of conformity?

nothing is better if they are the same size and shape.

but brand names rake in suckers
 
I understand that Roors are known to be expensive, but mine was cheap. Like I said, it was the same price as many other bongs that were the same size, so I went with it. There's no bells or whistles on it, it seems sturdy, and it the price was right.
 
wow, ya'll must be some young punks, or just ignorant to bongs!! not too be rude. i've hit many bongs during my 26 years on this earth, and pretty much all bongs hit differently. under you guys logic, you're saying a 20 dollar acrylic beaker hits the same as a 2 ft perculated glass bong! shitty cheap bongs feel like there is alot of air in the toke and can be rough. i agree that roor are overpriced, but if you have the cash to spend it will deliver the best bong toke on earth!!! and i totally believe there are bongs that hit as well as roor's, but not better...peace

There is something truly special about their pieces. I guess you've never hit one. no, thank you..

thats the most rediculous paragraph ever. the statement made was a bong equal in size and shape will hit identical. and you've never taken a look into custom glass if you think roor is the end all be all of bongs. please dont just take my word, look through that thread for a minute, you'll learn something. hell you'll probably be confused as to how many of them even work.

haha, wow...sorry guys, i was wasted earlier and i don't want to bicker on here...i think RooRs are the best hitting bongs, period. i've also hit alot of custom work, and most of it didn't compare, there's just sumpin bout that german enginering! it's all good guys, lets just settle on down..peace
