My new set up PICS

Ok I will begin building this set up most likely this weekend, I just wanted to see if you guys foresee any problems with it. Here is my initial design (I made these in MS Paint so be easy on me). Basically, my set up will be a PVC set-up with sprayers on the inside. It will be inside an 4X8 tent that is a little taller than 8 feet. Also, I will be using two 600W HPS lights to flower these ladies. Please let me know if you think I am missing anything, such as lighting etc. I hope these pictures explain it well. If not, please let me know. Any thoughts are appreciated. I will discuss venting later as well, I am working on setting up my carbon filter and 6" venting system.

My main concerns:

Will there be enough space between plants? Everything is drawn to scale so there is about 5" or so between rows of plants. I was hoping the offset arrangement on every other row would help with space issues.

Will 2 600W lights be sufficient? I have heard so many different viewpoints on this but am looking for a little reassurance.

Also, the last picture is a view inside of the larger PVC pipes where the roots will be growing. As you can see, I will be using ~50 sprayers.....what size pump will I be looking at?

For 4x8 I tend to lean towards 3x600 or 2x1000watts. If running 3 hoods inline make sure you get 8'' ducts.

I can't comment on the hydro system, pumps, or sprayers. 2 600w lights are PERFECT for a 4x8 tent. We've tested this a couple times and a 600w light has an optimal footprint of 50"x50" when placed 12" from the plant canopy. This makes 2 of them ideal for a 4x8 tent. Good luck.

Awesome, thanks for your response. I may post the plans over in the Hydro section and see what they think about plant spacing. I was planning on building this last weekend but since I didn't get much feedback, I started second guessing myself. I may just build it and if I don't like the spacing I don't have to keep all of the sites full of plants.

I agree with the 3 600s or 2 1000s for 4x8 but I would suggest going easy on your self get rid of sprayers just give PVC 2in grade and pump water into high side and let it drain down the pipes. Less moving parts less room for malfunction. Use 7in square fence post, cut 3.5in holes. And veg in 3x3x4 in RW blocks then transplant to your holes. Make res accessible. Consider putting wheels on your wood frame. And number of holes depends on veg time, strain type, plant numbers etc.
