On my next round I will definitely get that unpainted area white. I will also be kicking the MG out the door from what I have read about it. I just discovered a greenhouse in town that has all of the hydro and nutes I will ever need.
Has anyone ever heard anything about using bat guano??? They have it there and I always hear good stuff about it and I am wondering if it is worth the $$$ as it is a little pricey.
3 weeks to go. Colas are about 5" tall now.....Crystal and hair formation is getting more dense... me = excited I am also wondering if I have some nute probs here. The leaves are looking a little curly to me....
Nice looking plants man! What a difference a week makes, huh? I'm at the same point, I flipped my lights on July 4, I can't wait. I started off this weekend noticing a spider mite infestation. I freaked out thinking all was lost, but sprayed with some pyrithin and seemed to kill them.
Your plants are looking really healthy to me - wish mine looked that good. I don't see any signs of nutrient deficiency, but I have heard that some is common as the plant matures.
It's actually only 250 in the mother room. And I don't mind, my mothers are friggin gorgeous. So bushy and happy.
I just did my first clone off of them on the weekend too...I know have my wittle babies!!!!!! Ill put some pics up of my clone setup...nothing spectacular, but it works.
So I have been reading ridiculous amounts about molasses and have officially started to use it as of today. Especially considering the over-nute problem as the carbs in molasses help the plant to use the available nutrients more efficiently, which is what I need. It apparently improves flavor and density. Others may protest this statement, but I have been reading far beyond forums on the topic. I found some horticultural site that explained it down to the science for me, which is convincing. So heres to it hopefully working!!! Pics will be updated next week yall!
I have the 6 week update now! 2 weeks left!! Im super duper excited!!!!! Fixed the nutrient problem with good old water and molasses, they are getting so plump and juicy looking, it's taking everything outta me not to just clip a little chunk just so I can try it....mmm.....drool....
Anyhow, here are some pics!!!! Let me know what you think guys!!!! I have switched to only water and molasses as I want to flush out the nutes. For the last week I will use some flush I bought, and the last 3 days will be straight water. And then clippy clippy. Almost makes me sad that I am going to have to butcher them!!!...
The last 2 pics are of the mothers awaiting the trigger I will do right after I clip these, these mothers are much healthier than the ones I am flowering right now so I am expecting better results, not that Im gonna be upset with this crop.
yup lookin great! but u can create lockout with molasses i did...with some advice thanks to riddleme only use it every three waters and i only use a 1/2 teaspoon to litre of water! i came across an article that explained how it wrapped other cells...dormant or bad cells...into like a claw and turns them into an available cell that can be used and taken up thru the roots...some say u cant use too much...but i beg to differ as i created a nute lockout and am currently flushing with only water as a result of it...so yea use it just not too much.
and the next day after using it it smells good inthe grow cab like candy weed lol
Lol...I know! The smell in there is intoxicating!!! Nicely budding plants with a sweet hint of licorice!! yum!!!
I have read about what you are talking about and am being very careful. I just got over a nute overload, I don't need anymore trauma to my ladies!!! first thing Im doing for the next grow is booting that effin MG out the door!!!
yea i mean just do what ur tree wants it to do try using less try mixing it into a solution and then adding a tablespoon from that to a gallon of fresh water and guage it up or down from there
All right everybody!! Back from holidays!!! Trim day!!!!!!!
Here are some pics from the trim. I will give you total weight once it is all dried. Drove 7 hours today, sped also just because I was so excited!!!!!!!
