what is that? sorry really poor quality photo

i snack all the goddamn time. i pretty much eat once every 3 hours now.
but i keep it really clean and healthy.

and make my treats homemade so i can control what im putting in them.
Its an ellios pizza. Cheap frozen sodium filled crap that I otherwise wouldn't eat. I added sliced cheese and some seasoning to it
I gotta get into the homemade treats thing. I love trail mix. I make my own trailmix

i had to look that up not something i would buy lol
"treats" i make they are all very healthy for you and made with health food ingredients. i find it really helps satisfy my cravings but also keep me healthy :)

Grilled cheese is my go to. I think I can survive with just that.
Man I love grilled cheese. Sometimes my girl will walk in and surprise me with 3 sammiches. I love adding sliced deli meat to en once in a while. Some ham. Salami, prosciutto. Not much prosciutto holy salt

I bake a lot but for instance few days ago I made
Chocolate peanut butter squares but used coconut oil in place of butter medjool dates for binder all natural peanut butter all natural oats and raw cacao powder over the sugar one
And only used real maple syrup as the sweetener

And the week before that I made a cashew date and oat "cheesecake"

Almond butter apple cinnamon oat energy bites

Homemade granola bars out of oats dates hemp hearts chia seeds goji berries and pumpkin seeds

I also do a lot of date oat banana muffin types without any sugars or butters


Try to stick to all natural clean ingredients

And than also I make sure I have cut up veggies in individual portions ready for quick snackin :)
