yeah I have been trying to learn more about nutrient lockout. I think thats whats going on with mine. that why im getting the spotting. (in my opinion) I have been at 6.5-6.6 the whole grow. Maybe ill change it up and do like 6.2, 6.7, 6.5 etc

I read on grow weed easy web site you should slide your ph around some because different nutrients absorb into the plant at different ph's. As long as you stay in the 6.0 to 7.0 ph range. At least in soil grows.

also could it be because i mix everything im feeding into one big ass measuring cup? in that thread it says

"A chemical reaction between 2 or more nutrient
solutions that are mixed together."

I mix in my big bloom, grow big and cal mag when i havent used it in a while. Maybe that could be the cause of the spots

lol i was desperate to get soil and had no cash lmao. I used good soil in my tub with the 3 northern lights. I will be swapping soil when I transplant.

My little NL is loving Fox Farms Ocean Forest. Growth exploded after I moved her into it.

Just don't be a klutz and get it on the leaves like I did. DOH!

yeah im def ordering 2 big ass bags with some perlite. Also will be getting some walmart shopping bags (the big blue cloth ones $.50ea!) so im completely changing what im doing lol. My NYC Diesel will def be going into those.....and the money maker and OG kush. Hopefully I can make it with the NL! I also thought i won my war on fungus gnats..... lifted up my bottom leaved to check out the first set of leaves which are yellowing and starting to fall off finally! fungus gnats were everywhere lol. So ill be grabbing some play sand thursday and putting a 2in layer of that on it.

I literally killed 9/10 of them.......and smash the few i see running around my bins. but after i watered yesterday those fucking bastards all ran under my fan leaves to hide and get the water lol

Do you spray the leaves too or just direct water?

I kinda dump the water straight down the tops of the plants since they are so small

Gunna hit up dollar tree when I get paid and get a spray bottle so I can lightly mist the leaves

The fungus gnats are more than likely the culprit for your leaves changing. If enough of them they can wreak havoc.
Food Grade Daitimatious Earth works well as a top dress. It shreads them.

Try to let your pots dry out as much as possible also.

I been watering when they are like a finger deep lol. trying to kill these bastards and still be able to sustain for the plant. I have been spreading out 4 cups of water with all the nutes in it over the 3 NL lol

Just to point out if your dumping your water/feed all over your plant no wonder they're spotting them tiny droplets of water under a light are like tiny magnifiers so it will scorch the leaves, also its much better practice to water the soil so the roots get the feed and foliar spray the plant at lights off so your not burning the shit out of them!

Another tip with your gnat problem add a layer of clay balls to the top of your pot will also help with watering evenly aswell

I almost thought that was it due to the patterns. I will start watering at the base of the plant from now on. Guess I got lazy lol

They're autos aren't they? Stick to photos that way you'll be able to choose when your plant is ready you can't exactly do much with an auto imo

Lol true.....I learned my lesson..... I bought only autos to get the hang of it. Next grow is definitely going to be a photo. Thinking of some Girl Scout cookies

I wanted to run photo money makers but when I was wanting to buy them no where seemed to stock them that day, mk ultra kush is a good beginners strain, I have 2 on myself haven't had a problem with them since the early days of the seed sprouting. I have also taken 12 cuts off them mk's so they're good for cloning.

Yeah I grabbed a 3 pack as part of my first order and grow. Only Germed 2 of them. And they both popped! One seemed like the root didn't wanna come out or was stuck so I planted it anyways and bam. Lol that's the little one. Her older sister is starting to make her leaves better. She was on a stretch spirt for a second there lol.
