It's probably a male (the good one), they seem to grow faster in my experiance.

Go the the advanced tab to the bottom right of the reply box. Go into manage attachments, click the top right corner to upload, then after you upload it, click to insert it in the reply box!

My plants are growing at different speeds and my big one started turning multi colored and curling. I just repotted it a few days ago but seems to be recovering ok but is there something I should do?

Never tested it cause plant was moving along fine until my roots ran out of space. I feed every other day is that bad?

were they they same size when they went into those different containers? the 5 gallon would have more room for the plant to grow into then those smaller pots. the smaller plants might be burning if your feeding them the same as that larger plant.
