well i put my plants out in april and there flowering the days are shorter than 14 hours which means some plants will flower there are not too many days over 14 hours. if your growing from clones that were under 18/6 or 24 hour light cycles it matters they will flower on days longer than 12 hours there are 5 months of more than 12 light hour days but not very many days over 14 which some plants need depending on how they were vegged. plants grown from seed outdoors adjust differently to light cycles. i just put out a fresh clone we will see if it also flowers also hopefully not.

I believe the hour marker your talking about is more like 13 hours of light, or slightly more. Rhuderalis strains will flower anytime all the time. I have been putting seedlings and clones out (some started inside, some done completely outside) for years... only twice did plants START to flower in early to mid April, then going right back into veg.... basically just showing sex (or in the case of the clones, starting calyx development in clusters) and going back into veg...
It may have to do with placement as well. I put clones that were recieving both 24 hrs of light, and 18 hours of light, outside and they started getting 13.3 hrs of light (measured myself) no flowering on them even though this year I did it and they are fully mature and preflowering like crazy. Figures....
If a clone was taken from the mother while the mother was flowering, and you put it outside than thats a different story.... :peace:

i thought they would reveg quickly but they did not so now im covering the 4 largest plants with trash bags so they finish flowering. there too far gone to reveg they would be all screwed up. the other clones are tiny and still flowering but i hope they soon reveg as the strains are 2 hard to find og kush phenos. i recently started some fem seeds they i think will go right into veg. then there is a tahoe og clone i put out yesterday i assume it was receiving 18 or 24 hour light well see how it reacts to such a drop in light it will now get 13hrs 30mins.

The clone you just put out will veg, unless it was already in flower. If a plant is already in flower when you put it out in that much light, its not going to stop until after it receives more than 16 hrs of light in a 24 hr period for 2 or 3 consecutive days. Your right, Finishing the ones that were already or are already in full flower is probably your best option. Wait this isn't your thread... sorry my bad King.... that settles it though right... all good. :D :peace:

yeah that sucks such a waste. i explained none were in flower when i put them out that is not the problem none of my clones are ever in flower when they go outside. we will see how the new one does its in full veg now but like i said it went from 18/6 or 24hrs of light to 13hrs 30min this is a big change i really hope it continues to veg ill let everyone know in a week or so. i dont want to jam up kings thread anymore. i started some threads about outdoor light periods in the outdoor section feel free to leave comments there.

ill be watching great looking plants!
