Hi guys,

First post - awesome forum.

First grow so no doubt am doing many things wrong.
Planted too late in season, over watered at first etc.
Anyway, here are some pics at 5-6 weeks old from seed.

Using sheep manure 1 part / 3 potting mix.
Light Dynamic lifter (chicken shit + blood and bone)
Worm Wee every week
and every fortnight use Seasol.

Can anyone tell me whats going on with these guys? Leaves are looking funky, I've used mite dust etc thinking mite were causing (found a couple tiny caterpillars at one point too)

(Plants look a little yellow in that light and phone camera, they are actually nice and dark green)

Also grew from non feminized seeds so hoping they're females (any pros can tell?)

Thanks heaps guys,

peace :)

The silverish spotting on your leaves is caused by thrips. Look on the underside of your leaves and you will find tiny black bugs called thrips. They suck the chlorophyll from the leaves and leave behind the little trails of spotting as they feed. Use neem oil or safers insecticide to get rid of those little bastards. You need to spray the underside of your leaves as they tend to hang out there most times

Awesome man, thanks.

I'll go get some this evening.

How often do I apply it?

Edit - I dont have neem oil nor the safers insecticide here in Aus, will white oil work? or any of these?

Most of those should work. Check the lAbel at the store it should have most of the pests it works against. As for your question regarding male or female they are still far too young to tell
