My plant is dying please help!

Yesterday my plant was healthy and green but today its limp and yellow please tell me what I did wrong and what I can do to fix it!

What soil is that?

It looks moist - have you added any nutes?

Also, what light are you using? It looks a little stretched to me.
 
I have nutes but I was told not to use them yet and its just potting soil and the lighting in the today photo is just the flash off of my phone
 
The heat from your desk lamp might have overheated the fragile seedling - A desk lamp is no use for supporting cannabis
 
I would start again and cut your losses.

Try using cuttings until you are confident you have the resources and ability to harness seeds
 
You obviously don't have the proper lighting for indoors, a desk lamp as stated can get too hot for such a small seedling, pottin soil is fine but you should add perlite so the soil is not too compacked.
What kind of water? if tap you should let is sit for 24 hrs to let chlorine evaporate and check the ph.

Ok to start with its a very young seedling not a plant. It germed well then you whacked it out in the hot summer midday sun which shocked the crap out of it and it went down like a bag of shit, keep it under the cfl untill or if it recovers and dont water or spray until it is clearly growing.
 
Where do cfl's exsist in nature? The sun didn't kill this plant, I have seedlings out right now in full sun and temps near 100 and there doing great. The desk lamp is likely what zapped it
